PRPS Cover

The cover of Punk Rock Party Squad! My first-ever left-handed comic, and the first 24-Hour Comic I've done where I actually followed the rules!

I'd already done a 24-Hour Comic in October with my pals Kevin Copeland and Cory Bland (I completed pencils but not inks, and Kevin FINISHED). However, I didn't realize that my friend T Campbell had moved back into town, so I set up another 24-Hour Comic day at my house to catch up with him, and Cory and 757CCC member Sarah joined us.

Since this was kind of a "bonus" 24-Hour Comic for me, I thought it would be fun to try to do it left-handed. Also, since left-handed drawings couldn't be precise, they would therefor be very fast (or so I thought) and I had a shot at doing pencils AND inks for once, so I could finally claim I'd done an official 24-Hour Comic.

Well, I did actually finish this inked comic several hours before the deadline, but it was hardly easy. And T finished a script for a 24-page comic, and Cory finished an INKED 24-page comic too! A great 24-Hour Comic Party all-round!

BTW, this cover was actually the last thing I drew, so you can get a real sense of how much better I got at left-handed drawing when you see where I started at with the first page.
